New generation ZVA Slimline 2 nozzle
with lighter lever action for cleaner fuelling & improved ‘to the penny’ dispensing.

Improved:

Drain off after shut off for a clean environment
The force to pull the lever has been reduced by more than 30%
Intelligent Shut Off valve poppet minimises pressure peaks
Stainless steel tipped spouts to protect against wear & tear;

Specification:

Fully interchangeable with existing nozzle boots / holster.
Automatically shuts off the flow of fuel when vehicle tank is full.
Easy to fit product sleeve at the spout enables clear fuel grading.

ZVA25 High Speed Automatic Nozzle

Automatically shuts-off the flow of fuel when vehicles tank is full.
Suitable for use with Diesel/Gas Oil/Bio-Diesel.
3 position stay open latch, which may be disabled if required.
Supplied complete with inlet swivel, 1” BSPF.
80 to 140Lpm.
7 – 50 psi (0.5 – 3.5 bar) pressure.
Not suitable for use with gravity feed tanks.
NOT approved for Petrol.

Suitable with Diesel or Bio-Diesel up to B30.
Standard speed.
Automatically shuts off the flow of fuel when the vehicle tank is full.
3 position stay open latch, which may be disabled if required.
3/4″ aluminium reducing bush available (BHS.4.3A).

Not approved for use on resale dispensers.

Super High Speed Heavy Duty Automatic Diesel Nozzle

Specially designed for heavy duty applications.

Automatic extremely heavy duty, high flow Diesel nozzle suitable for bulk transfer of fuel.
Benefiting from an extra large hand opening to accommodate gloves or mittens.
Right angle design allows the nozzle to fit close to walls and corners.
With a maximum flow rate of 375 litres per min, the dual poppet disk seal enables an easy opening of the trigger nozzle even when a high system pressure is present.
This feature also prevents fuel leakage from the main seal in extreme cold weather.
The durable die cast aluminium nozzle body is now 30% lighter than similar models for easy handling

Please note models with a swivel may have a slightly reduced flow rate.
