Communication with the terminal is currently achieved via various pre-configured connection options, including but not limited to, Cellular (SIM Card), Ethernet and USB Transfer.
Now, the UK’s leading Fleet & Fuel Management experts are offering clients the ability to also connect to the terminal remotely without incurring any ongoing data SIM card charges.

The use of a data SIM card has previously been the preferred method of connection in most situations as it relies on a GPRS Network and avoids unnecessary excavation of the forecourt to lay a connection cable. However, if the terminal is located in a position which is unsuitable for a GPRS connection or clients want to avoid the ongoing annual SIM card charges, we can now meet this demand but still connect to the Cloud software in true real time.
Multiple Connections for Multi-Site Operations
Clients aren’t just limited to one type of connection either; clients have the freedom to choose from a combination of communication methods, perfect for multi-depot operations. The AMC: 150 can manage up to 50 sites from one software package, as well as controlling up to an unbeatable 16 pumps from a single terminal, making it a powerful and smart solution for sites that would normally require more than 1 modem & more than 1 SIM card (if using GPRS connection).
All connection options to the AMC: 150 (apart from USB) come with TRUE real time Cloud software. This ensures that the system is always online and provides accurate live information which is accessible anytime, anywhere. It is not a dial-in or polled system; it is a web based system, constantly connected to the Cloud and instantly provides live real-time data information. FuelQuip can still offer USB transfer if required for sites without a network signal or internet connections; any data uploaded will be stored and accessed via the same cloud software.
