Automatically shuts-off the flow of fuel when vehicle tank is full.
3 position stay open latch.
304 stainless steel body, with viton seals.
1” BSPM fixed inlet.
Max. pressure 50 psi (3.5 bar).
Flow rate 20 – 60L/min.
For use with electric pumps only.
Option stainless steel 3/4” BSPP swivelling hose tail.

Manual Nozzle for Adblue

Suitable for use with Adblue®. 3/4” hose tail.
Can be used with gravity feed or electric pumps.
Integral hook for tidy storage when not in use.
Max. pressure 29 psi (2 bar).
Max. flow 80L/min.

ZVA Adblue Nozzle

Automatically shuts-off the flow of fuel when the vehicle tank is full.
Suitable with Adblue®.
1” BSPM swivel inlet.
3 position stay open latch, which may be disabled if required.
Max. flow 40L/min, 7 – 50 psi (0.5 – 3.5 bar) pressure.
For use with electric pumps only.
Full range of spares available.
Note: to avoid mis-fuelling this nozzle will only work when the magnet adaptor is fitted to the vehicle tank filler neck (ZVA.ABAD). Approved for resale.

Adblue Safety Break Swivel

Nozzle Safety Break Swivel for use with Adblue 1″ inlet & outlet with blue plastic cover.
This hose break swivel is designed to separate and seal in the event of a vehicle driving off with the nozzle still in the tank.
Only fits ZVA Adblue nozzles.
Shears between 175 – 265lbs when force is applied.
Stainless steel construction.
